Local Delivery
If your location is within a reasonable distance from our facility, Adaptable Fitness may offer personal delivery. This option will be determined at our discretion based on your address and the size of your order.
Local Pickup
Customers may choose to pick up their order directly from our facility. Pickup times must be scheduled in advance. A valid photo ID and order confirmation may be required at the time of pickup.
Shipping
For customers outside our local delivery area, we offer standard freight and parcel shipping services. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and dimensions.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
Adaptable Fitness is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to products that occurs during transit. Once an order is shipped, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, you must report it directly to the carrier and file a claim.
Please inspect your package upon arrival. Any shipping-related damage must be documented with photos and reported to the carrier within their claim window. We will assist with documentation if needed but cannot guarantee a resolution.

Shipping times may vary depending on availability and location. While we strive to meet estimated delivery dates, Adaptable Fitness is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
